HSN Launches New Planned Giving Website

New Planned Giving Website Shows You How to Make an Impact Today and in the Future

There are so many ways to support causes you care about, ways that are beneficial to you, too!
As someone who is devoted to animals and their humane treatment, you will want to take some time to review our just-released Planned Giving pages: https://hsnaples.planmylegacy.org/

Are you thinking about leaving a gift in your will to support HSN in the future? Here is everything you need to know to do that.

Are you interested in gifts that give you an income now and benefit HSN later? You can find those options described in detail.

Did you know that donating, either today or in your estate plan, via stocks, or donor-advised funds, or with an IRA rollover, life insurance or real estate can lower your taxes even as you contribute to an organization you love? This site will explain how!

There are even widgets to facilitate contributing right now via your IRA or DAF. What’s a widget? They are links on our site that provide an electronic connection to your own DAF or IRA managers, authorizing them to make the contribution you wish. All we ask is that you let us know if you’re making a gift using the widget so we can thank you (often the managers of these funds do not identify the donor, which is why we ask you to alert us)!

There are stories on this new site showing how others have made arrangements that dramatically transform how we are able to care for the animals coming to us for a second chance.

We hope this new site will be informative, useful — and even fun — for you. There are special booklets you can request and calculator tools to help you determine if any of these options are best for you. And we are always here to talk with you about how, together, we can secure our community’s ability to shelter animals in times of need, locate life-long loving homes for them and advocate for responsible pet ownership, our mission since our founding in 1960.
